Week 9 // Day 3

Despite God’s righteous anger towards Israel for breaking their covenant, Moses intercedes on behalf of Israel to God. God continues to be a faithful God who cares for His people despite their unfaithfulness to Him. Because God is holy and requires his people to be holy, Leviticus is written to show that God graciously provides atonement for sin through the shedding of blood.
