Israel is given direction in the covenant to Abraham that if they follow God then they will be blessed and a kingdom of priest, just as God had promised Abraham. Here, God’s commandments are made and presented, and how God desires to be in the presence of His people. So, God outlines and describes the Tabernacle, where his presence resides.
