Heather Hollar joined the MVBC team in 2025 with a passion for serving others and a lifetime of experience in education. A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, she spent 29 rewarding years teaching elementary education and ESL. She loves using her Spanish speaking skills to connect with others when she has the opportunity.

Heather has been happily married to her husband, Brian, for 24 years. Together, they have two wonderful adult children: Sarah and Luke. In her free time, she loves traveling, hiking, and soaking up every minute she can with her family.
